mixed bag, i guess
dirt buildup dust blockage
The cleanliness was a real issue. i found some dirt buildup around the plug in the hand basin. That's not great. the shower floor had dirt marks, so i covered them with the shower mat, thankfully that was clean. the climate control vents were blocked by dust, and there was a cobweb above the bed. it wasn't the relaxing time i was hoping for.

adequate stay with some issues
stained carpet small bed
the room i stayed in showed some lapses in cleanliness. i observed what was to be stains on the carpet and the shower tray was not cleaned properly. additionally, a large crack below the window allowed wind noise throughout the night (it was quite annoying). the bed was also small, hard for me to sleep comfortably.

Convenient Location and Excellent Leisure Facilities
great location leisure facilities
The hotel is conveniently located. I easily walked to the OVO arena and Glasgow Science Centre. The breakfast selection offered many choices, which I found useful. The staff assisted with getting a taxi to Glasgow Queen Street Station. The leisure facilities were a big plus for me.
Cleaners walked into my room two times early in the morning. the shower wasn't working properly . I spoke to reception, but the promised call from the manager never happened.

The hotel has a large swimming pool with a whirlpool, a steam bath, and a sauna. A large fitness studio is also located within the building and is available for guest use. These facilities was very modern.

The hotel is near the river, convenient for anyone planning a cruise. I walked to many attractions, including the Science Centre and Riverside Museum. The ease of parking was appreciated, and it was £5 per day.

The staff members were helpful and cute . They were understanding and provided useful information. This assistance was especially useful when I needed to arrange transportation to the train station.
